No, for two reasons. First, the pitbull is a distinct breed, so crossing a toy poodle with a pitbull would result in mixed-breed puppies, not pitbull puppies.
Second, and probably more importantly, toy poodles are much smaller than pitbulls, by a factor of 8-10x. It would be close to impossible to breed a male pitbull to a female toy brown teacup poodle puppy, and the fetal-maternal mismatch in sizes would likely result in difficulty during birth or even death of both the mother and the puppies.
